Before joining Revitalis, Julia served as the COO and CFO at MadCharcoal, where she led all operations, HR, and administrative systems. She achieved a remarkable 300% revenue growth for the luxury art studio, proving her capability to build scalable systems, improve workflows, and deliver innovative operational solutions.
Her diverse experience also includes time as an Emerging Leader and Development Program Participant at Vanguard, where she honed her skills in competitive intelligence, project management, and strategic consulting.
